This makes the entire masterplan revolve around the concept of coastal elegance.

Architecturally, the project leans toward contemporary minimalism with angular forms, panoramic terraces and floor-to-ceiling glass designed to maximise views of the skyline and sea. The residences themselves were designed by the globally renowned architecture firm Rogers Stick Harbour & Partners, the studio behind some of the world’s most recognisable modern buildings.

And then the hospitality factor.

Peninsula Island, the city’s very own Mayfair by the sea, is expected to host some of the world’s most prestigious luxury hospitality brands, including upcoming concepts from the names that define global luxury: Rosewood Hotel & Residences, as well as the first Capella in Dubai and first Aman in Dubai. In a city already saturated with five-star hotels, that says a lot about the level of exclusivity that this project is aiming for.

And for the location, with the development sitting in Jumeirah 2, positioned between Bvlgari and Cheval Blanc, it’s placing residents just minutes from Downtown Dubai, DIFC, and the city’s cultural and fashion hubs, while still maintaining the privacy of the waterfront escape.
