The GRAZIA Career Edit: Meet Celebrity Facialist Rosie Osborne
Rosie Osborne’s career has moved through London clinics, Australia, Ibiza and, now, some of Dubai’s most coveted treatment rooms. What ties it all together is a simple belief: great skin takes time. No shortcuts, no panic-fixes before a red carpet. Her philosophy, Skin Architecture by Rosie, is all about building skin with structure and longevity – mixing science, medical-grade technology, and an intuitive touch honed over more than 16 years in advanced skincare. The result? Skin that is meant to last, not just glow for a night.
Today, Rosie works between London and Dubai, with appointments at Hart Medical, the uber-chic BROWZ clinic, and an exclusive residency at Mandarin Oriental Dubai – a partnership she describes as a full-circle moment after leaving Harrods to build something under her own name. Discreetly sought out by A-list celebrities, editors, UHNW clients, and international private clients, she’s become known for treatments that feel luxurious, but never fluffy.
As part of GRAZIA’s Career Edit, Rosie Osborne shares with us her career journey and aspirations.
Celebrity facialist and skin health specialist with a passion for results driven, longevity focused skin treatments. I work between Dubai and London, creating bespoke treatment plans through my philosophy, Skin Architecture by Rosie.
I was always drawn to beauty, transformation, and helping people feel confident. As the youngest sister in a family of women, I was constantly surrounded by beauty – painting nails, playing with hair, and going through my big sisters’ makeup bag – sorry! [Laughs]. I loved pampering them and seeing how it could instantly make them feel good. In many ways, I feel like I’ve grown into exactly the space I was always meant to be in.
I loved anything creative and hands on, but I was also really drawn to science. That combination has shaped the way I work today because I see skin as something that needs creativity, structure, balance, and a real understanding of how it functions. Luckily, at the age of 14, I was able to drop one subject at school (French) and go to college to learn the basics of beauty therapy, which then led me to study Beauty Therapy Sciences properly from the age of 16 onwards.
My first job was at the Champagne Nail Bar in Harvey Nichols London, which was such a brilliant introduction to the beauty industry. I was surrounded by a fast paced, luxury retail environment, so I learned very early on how important presentation, attention to detail, and how client experience really is. It taught me that beauty is not just about the treatment itself, but how you make someone feel from the moment they sit down. That experience really shaped my understanding of service, standards, and creating small moments of luxury that stay with people.
Very organic but always led by doing the best I can, taking opportunities, and saying yes to the right experiences. After training in Beauty Therapy Sciences and developing my focus in aesthetics and skin health, I worked for a large skincare brand in Australia, before my career took me to Ibiza, skin clinics in London, and then to Harrods Wellness Clinic. From there, my work expanded internationally, and I have been flown around the world by private clients to deliver bespoke treatments – working with UHNW clients, royal families, luxury hotels and clinics across Dubai, London, and beyond.
Huge. Dubai has given me the space to expand, elevate my brand, and step into a much bigger version of my career. The UAE has such a strong appreciation for expertise, innovation, luxury wellness, and high level service, which has allowed me to grow in a way that feels very aligned with my work. It has also connected me with an international clientele, who I am also able to see in my London residence. For me, Dubai has been a place of opportunity and growth.
I’ve always been fascinated by skin and how much it can affect someone’s confidence, probably because I can relate to that feeling from growing up. I know what it’s like when you don’t feel your best in your own skin, so I wanted to understand it properly, not just what you see on the surface, but why certain concerns happen and how to treat them in the right way. For me, aesthetics felt like a natural progression because it allowed me to combine skin health, science, and results.
I really believe that good skin health is connected to how you live, not just what you apply topically. I try to start my day with some form of movement, whether that’s the gym, Pilates, or a walk, because it helps me feel clearer and more energised. I’m also mindful of what I eat, as I think nutrition, hydration, sleep, and stress all show up in the skin. From there, my days are usually very varied. I can be seeing clients, carrying out in person or online consultations, creating treatment plans, working on content, speaking with brands, or planning the next stage of my business with my brilliant assistant. No two days look exactly the same, but everything is centred around skin, education, and helping people feel more confident in themselves.
Learning to back myself. Moving from being employed to building my own name internationally takes resilience, confidence, and the ability to keep going even when you get rejected.
Creating a career that has allowed me to work internationally with incredible clients, luxury partners, and leading skincare brands, while still staying true to my own approach to skin. A real milestone for me was leaving Harrods to pursue a partnership with a global luxury hotel group, which was a big step and a risk at the time. That vision became a reality with Mandarin Oriental in Dubai ,and it felt like a real full circle moment. Building something under my own name, in a space that aligns with the level of service, care and expertise I believe in.
“Build the life you don’t need a holiday from.”

To continue expanding Skin Architecture by Rosie, grow my presence across the Middle East and internationally, and create more educational experiences that help people understand and invest in their skin properly. I’d also love to travel more, continue looking after my health, and live a happy, balanced life.
